6.2 Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds in your g7vip wallet. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn as cash. 10.2 g7vip's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player into their g7vip account in the 90 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 g7vip is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond g7vip's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, force majeure events, government actions, or third-party service provider outages.
10.4 g7vip makes no warranty that the Platform will be available continuously or free from technical interruptions. We will endeavour to restore service promptly following any unplanned outage, but downtime may occur and g7vip accepts no liability for losses arising from platform unavailability.
11.1 g7vip may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or posed a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players.
11.2 In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, g7vip reserves the right to forfeit any remaining wallet balance where such balance is connected to the breach — particularly in cases of fraud, duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, or money laundering.
11.3 You may close your g7vip account at any time by contacting live chat support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of outstanding wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 5 business days following KYC clearance.
